James and his crews worked on my renovations for over 6 months. And I never got tired of having them in the house. Respectful, professional, and highly skilled. They took 2 bathrooms down to the studs and remodeled them entirely, installed new kitchen cabinets, hardwood floors in kitchen and bedrooms, took down two walls to reconfigure space. When the cabinets I ordered (configured and approved) turned out to minimize needed counter space, James reconfigured them on the spot to give me the kitchen I wanted and one that is highly functional.

James and his crews look out for the homeowner. When my kitchen was gutted, the crew rigged space so I could still cook and have a sink. When they were ready to install wood floor in the principal bedroom, his crew disassembled the bed and moved it to another room. In other words, they make sure at the end of the day your home is functioning.

James ALWAYS let me know when a crew was coming. They ALWAYS showed up when James said they would. The guys always told me what they would accomplish that day, and they were pros at cleaning up at the end of the day. When there was a critical decision point, I was always consulted and given options. Better still, James kept an eye on what other trades were doing and when they got it wrong, he coached them to get it right…even to the point of bringing a piece of equipment of his own to lend to a tradesman who didn’t know the tool existed—but James got the guy on track.

James, Casey, and the crew are SUPER communicators—but not just with homeowner…they keep one another constantly informed. James hates surprises and the crew members made sure neither James nor any of them were ever surprised.

One more insight—James knows who is the best for different renovation needs and he connected me to outstanding drywall folks, plumbers, a crew to remove brick wall and install windows. If I needed something done, he had the connections. ALL of his recommendations brought tradesmen who were outstanding.

While I wouldn’t look forward to another renovation of this size, if I had another renovation to do, James would be the first person I’d call. And, if needed a design opinion—Casey is my go-to.
